SMS Spotlight: Coastal Georgia

Join the Georgia Historical Society as over 100 cultural and historical sites open their doors free of charge on Sunday, February 10, 2019, for the Georgia History Festival’s Super Museum Sunday (SMS)! Each week leading up to SMSwe will highlight participating sites in anticipation of this annual tradition.

This week we shine a light on participating sites in Coastal Georgia! Whether you are interested in the progression of telephones and want to visit the ITPA Telephone Museum in Hinesville, or explore the newly opened World War II Home Front Museum on St. Simons Island, Coastal Georgia has multiple sites that cannot be missed!
