Super Museum Sunday is coming in less than two weeks! Tour coastal Georgia on Sunday, February 5, to visit participating sites (for FREE!), such as Fort King George State Historic Site, Arthur J Moore Methodist Museum, Richmond Hill Historical Society and Museum, the Bloody Marsh Unit, Hofwyl-Broadfield Plantation Historic Site, Ossabaw Island, and Geechee Kunda.
During Super Museum Sunday, on February 5, Georgians and visitors alike experience our state’s rich history and cultural life as historic sites, house museums, art museums, and other points of interest in Coastal Georgia and throughout the state open their doors for free to the public, providing an exceptional opportunity to experience the history in our own backyard. Over seventy cultural institutions participate in this popular annual family event.
